内部人士回应科大讯飞变相降薪
3月1日，有报道称科大讯飞被曝变相降薪。据悉，疑似科大讯飞员工在脉脉平台吐槽， 公司创新性地发明了“绩效回溯”制度，有的员工倒欠公司钱。该员工称，“0.5是年终奖，0.925（系数）是回溯去年12月的绩效工资，意思是去年发多了今年扣回来。”
对此，讯飞内部人士表示：所谓“变相降薪”纯属造谣，根据不同业务的业绩情况，在“绩效回溯”政策下也有不少员工的薪酬有着明显的增长。
绩效回溯是真的，变相降薪。
