SOC集成设计工程师 （Design Lead）
Responsibility 职责
ParticipateinSOC functiondefinition
参与SOC功能定义
LeadSoCtop-level integration and relative designs;　
带领团队实现SoC顶层集成工作和相关设计；
Lead SoC RTL coding, Lint/CDC check，UPFcheck，Synthesis andTiming analysisetc.
带领团队实现相关RTL编写，Lint/CDC检查，UPF检查，综合，时序分析等
Support otherteams for DFTdesign，SoC Verification and Physical design.
支持其他团队完成DFT设计，SOC验证和物理实现

Requirements 背景要求
IC/EE/CS，10 years with BS or 8 years with MS and above
集成电路/电子工程/计算机科学，本科及以上学历，本科10年/硕士8年以上相关工作经验；
Expert in ASIC design flows and hands-on experience on related EDA tools
对ASIC设计流程和相关EDA工具有深刻的理解和实战经验
Good script skills of Perl/TCL/Python
具有很好的脚本能力（Perl/TCL/Python）
Experienceof SOC top-level integrationand successful tape-out is preferred
具有SOC顶层集成经验和成功流片经验者优先考虑
Good teamwork attitude and strong leadership
良好的团队合作精神和较强的团队领导力
Strong problem-solving skillsandself-motivated
具有较强的自驱力和独立解决问题的能力
